I didn't receive an order confirmation?

Please allow at least 24 business hours for our system to be updated. If after 24 business hours and you still have not received an confirmation please use the "Contact Us" page or email us at TinyFries01@gmail.com to investigate further. 

 

I only received part of my package, where is the rest of my order?

If you placed a large order sometimes your order may be shipped in multiple packages. This is so that you can receive your order faster and to keep shipping cost down. 

 

What should I do if my order arrives damaged?

Any claims of damaged items should be reported within 7 days of receiving the items. Please email a picture of the damage to TinyFries01@gmail.com so that we can investigate further and send you a new replacement free of charge. 

 

My item has shrunk or faded after the first wash?

Once an item is washed it is considered "final sale". 

 

How do I return my order?
